Item Return Policy
As we do not sell physical items there is no return policy. As the project progresses we ask you to sign off at each section is completed. If you are not happy and do not sign it off we continue to work until you are. You are not invoiced for each section until it is signed off. The deposit is non-refundable.
Refund policy - items are not invoiced until they are signed off by the client. Once this has been signed off by the client as complete then no refund is possible. The deposit is always non-refundable
Cancellation ploicy - projects can be cancelled at any time with no further charges. The stages of the project that have been completed and signed off are non refundable but no further charges will be raised. To cancel a project email support@zedoary.net with the project details.
Pricing details
Each project is bespoke and as such the price will vary. It's a good asssumption that a website with branding, design, development, research etc will cost from £2000 and quite possibly more. We will send an estimate that fully outlines expected costs and features before we do any work. PAYG schemes have set prices as listed on the relevant webpages.
